Shipping & Returns
ONLINE RETURNS
- In order to return or exchange goods you must contact us (via phone or email at info@modenboutique.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order and once authorized, must ship said item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt
- Items may be exchanged for another item or store credit
- In order to be eligible for a return/exchange the item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- All swimsuits, jewelry, sale items, and purchases past the allotted 14 days are final sale
- Please note that any item(s) returned that is not in its original condition or is final sale will be sent back at the senders expense
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Cost incurred to ship item(s) back are the responsibility of the customer and COD packages will not be accepted
- Option to return in store available. Please specify if this is your preference
- A flat shipping rate of $15 is charged on all exchanged items within Canada
IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Exchange or store credit offered within 10 days of purchase.
- Panties, swimsuits, jewelry, bags/purses, sunglasses, markdown/discounted items, and items purchased after 10 days are final sale
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached to be eligible for a return
SHIPPING
- We are offering free shipping on all orders within Canada over $200. A flat $15 rate for all orders under $200 and on all exchanged orders
- $25CAD for all orders to the United States
- All items will be sent out within 48 hours of receiving your order via Canada Post Expedited Service
- Tracking information will be provided once the order ships
- Orders are subject to change due to product availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if an item is no longer available
- Local orders may be picked up in store free of shipping charge using code PICKUP at checkout
- Your order will be packed and ready same day. Orders placed after in-store closing hours (5:30pm) will be ready the following morning by 11am
- Orders will be held for 7 days in store awaiting pickup. If you have not contacted us for an extension before 7 days the order will be considered abandoned and the item will be restocked and the order refunded.
- All in-store pickup orders are subject to the in-store refund/exchange policy (see above) and are in effect based on date of purchase not on date of pickup
